the air-condition was leaking throughout the night, and the floor got wet the next day.

Convenient location near BTS station and a variety of services. Great selection of Japanese and Korean restaurants nearby. Clean and recently renovated room. The breakfast offered was correct and the staff were nice. My reservation was even upgraded to a small but very comfortable room. Despite some drawbacks, such as limited space and noise from the AC, I had a good deal due to the promotional price and upgrade. I would recommend this hotel.

The room wasnt what we expected; there was hairs in the floors and it was anyway dirty and really really old. It didn't seem like a hotel, more like a guesthouse or youth hostel. We are not gonna stay there again, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, is it not that cheap.

I dint know the exact address, so I called the hotel as per the number on my confirmation voucher. They told me that the location was in soi 8.after I got there, it was the same name, same brand but a different hotel. Then I was sent to soi 57.at the reception desk, the lady read my confirmation voucher,and asked me to show my name on the voucher,then she informed me that my cc wasnt working,where as it was clearly mentioned in the voucher that I wouldnt be charged untill I show up, or if I dint show up.also while booking I cant remember of being informed tht the standard rooms had no windows, the ac wasnt working, there were cobwebs in the bathroom and the room was filled with mosquitoes. I stayed just for a day due to the unhygenic conditions and moved to a 5star the next morning.

Location was mind-blowing, close to BTS and surrounded by Japanese/Korean restaurants. Great value for money, rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff, especially the cleaning lady and reception girl, were super helpful and spoke excellent English. a fantastic stay!
